​Description:
Rainham Close is a scheme consisting of two independent buildings with individual tenant needs and management organisations. Both provide a temporary, supported housing service for vulnerable women. Block one, for women and women with children who have suffered from homelessness. Block two, provides accommodation for women and children who have left an abusive partner.
 
Accommodation for block one consists of 11 self-contained 2-bedroom flats, communal facilities and office space. Block two comprises 4 1-bedroom self-contained flats, 7 2-bedroom self-contained flats, 3 3-bedroom self-contained flats, an emergency admission flat, communal facilities and office space. Space is provided in each building for communal activities, skills training and additional office and meeting space for management and support staff.
