HMH Architects Ltd are a chartered RIBA practice with commissions spanning all numerous building sectors, providing services to both commercial and residential clients, including both new build and refurbishment. The practice has been in business in various forms since 1953, however, in 1995, former partners John Kinmond and Andrew Watson formed HMH Architects, establishing the practice throughout in the region, working across the residential, commercial and workspace sectors. 

In January 2022, David McKellar took over the practice and after some re-structuring, the business became a Limited Company in October 2022.

We offer a range of services, to both commercial and domestic clients. Our specialism is in the development of social and affordable housing, of various scales, as well as the design of bespoke supported living developments, including extra care housing schemes for the elderly, to safe and secure environments for vulnerable adults, shelters and refuges, as well as homeless accommodation. For our domestic clients, we can help with modest home extensions to high-end housing developments, across the UK.
